ABOUT ‘It’s Time to ReWild Yourself’ Campaign
An adventure in Nature Connection for Human x Nature wellbeing.
Journey through the five pathways with us…
Over the next 5 months (and beyond!) Voice for Nature Foundation and the Nature Connectedness Network are on a mission to improve people’s relationship with the natural world and release our inner wild, with Nature connection activities for individuals, schools and families. See below for more details.
“It’s Time to ReWild Yourself” is here to help with information, inspiration, and activity ideas each month to bring us closer to Nature, between June – October.
Research shows that the closer we get to Nature and the more we feel part of it, the happier we are, the more worthwhile life seems, and the more we are willing to take action to help our wildlife and the environment.
Connection is about the right moments in Nature, not just the minutes you spend there, and it doesn’t take much to make a difference.
Whatever our relationship with Nature is, by just taking a little time, each day, week or month, we can all get closer. We can notice more, listen more, feel more, enjoy more, and care more.
