International Women’s Day
To all the women of the world;
The ones that laugh
The ones that love
The ones that teach each other
And the ones that learn
The ones expressing their beauty
Owning their identity
Telling their stories
Celebrating themselves
To the women who connect with Nature
Through touch, sound, sight and smell
Who spend time with themselves
And the world around them
To the women who work
With their bare hands
Who protect and understand
The land
To the women who play,
Who push their feet into the sand,
Who dance to the beat of their own drum
And raise their sisters higher
We see you
We thank you
We love you.
